B2B2C Sales & Marketing (Full Time)


Do you like to sell? Are you interested in helping customers adapt to emerging technologies? BSS Additive is seeking an experienced B2B sales co-founder for its emerging nano materials division. Work with experts from automotive, aerospace, aviation, construction, industrial and medical CNC machining fields as we help industry partners benefit from
material innovations in metal powder additive manufacturing.

This is a startup opportunity with unlimited income potential, founders equity and time flexibility. Help grow a newly founded startup in the most exciting phases of growth!

Job Compensation: A mix of equity, sales commissions and cash.
We are currently seed & grant funded and raising our first Angel round; cash to start.


  • Develop and maintain clients in industrial design, prototyping and manufacturing

  • Explore and identify new applications for our technologies

  • Assist clients as we help them develop products from start to finish

  • Support the growth of a sales team by working closely with co-founders

  • Continually develop and promote our brand, image and position in the market

  • Wear other hats, take initiative wherever needed, and never stop selling!

  • Prior experience in B2B sales & marketing, preferably in contract manufacturing

  • Skilled at producing marketing materials, writing technical specifications, copywriting

  • Experienced delivering products from start to finish, supply chain management

  • Background in Engineering, Science, Economics, Business or Management preferred

  • Experience with industrial  machining, manufacturing and 3D printing desired

  • Grant & government contract writing experience desired

  • Experienced with Google Docs, Windows / Android OS, CAD / Graphic Design Software

  • Fluent in English, Spanish and other languages helpful

  • Must be a US Citizen capable of obtaining security clearance as needed

  • Must be willing to travel throughout the New England area as needed

Bookkeeper / HR Lead (Part Time)

Help us grow an Advanced Metal Manufacturing 3D Printing business! We need to find people with world calibur skills and experiences like you, who can propel our company to the top.   • Answer phones, conduct customer interviews, screen job applicantions

  • Coordinate schedules for customers & staff on development deadlines

  • Light bookkeeping, office work, invoicing & inventory management

  • Place and manage online job postings

  • Respond to job inquires from potential team members with help from CEO

  • Work closely with CEO, co-founders & investors to build a world class organization!



  • Experienced with Google Docs, Windows, Android OS and Quickbooks

  • Have reliable transportation and valid drivers license

  • Fluently speak, read and write English; Spanish and other languages helpful

  • Be a US citizen, 18 years of age or older

  • Be willing to travel to trade shows and promotional events as needed
